Staff changes at AVITAS, Inc.

AVITAS is pleased to announce the following staff changes. 

John Vitale has retired from the company as of March 31, 2025, after serving as President & CEO since 1997. He will continue in the role of Senior Advisor and Member of the Board.

We have appointed Douglas Kelly, formerly Senior Vice President – Asset Valuation, as our new CEO, Adam Pilarski, formerly Senior Vice President – Consulting, as our new President, Rikard de Jounge assumes the role of Senior Vice President – Asset Valuation, and Roya Najmabadi becomes our CFO.
