The AVITAS team is made up of personnel with a broad range of industry experience. Collectively, the group has worked for Commercial Airlines, Aerospace OEMs, Operating Lessors, MROs, and Major Industry Suppliers. Our team have held senior management positions within the aviation industry with disciplines ranging from finance to marketing to operations to maintenance.
The depth of our knowledge is unsurpassed in the aviation consulting environment and thus represents our largest differentiator from other consultancies. We are solutions based in our approach and have found that there is no substitute for industry experience.

Prior to joining AVITAS in 1993, John was with McDonnell Douglas, participating in a broad range of marketing and financing activities. John is an ISTAT Certified Appraiser, currently serves on the Board of Directors of ISTAT and is a member of the Equipment Leasing Association’s Aviation Committee.

Adam joined AVITAS in 1997 after working as an economist with Douglas Aircraft Company to oversee AVITAS’s valuation and consulting services.

Doug joined AVITAS in 1997 bringing 14 years of aviation experience. Doug is an ISTAT Certified Senior Appraiser.
Rikard de Jounge
Vice President – Asset Valuation
Rikard joined AVITAS in 2005 bringing 17 years of experience in business management, aircraft technical sales, flight test and performance analysis. Rikard is an ISTAT Certified Senior Appraiser and currently serves on the ISTAT International Appraisers’ Program Board of Governors.

Steve joined AVITAS in 1998 to assume responsibility for all European operations for AVITAS.

Tim joined AVITAS in January 2013 with 24 years in aviation.
Senior Director – Technical Services
Bill joined AVITAS in 2004 bringing over 30 years of domestic and international aviation industry experience with major commercial airlines, original equipment manufactures (OEM) and maintenance repair organizations (MRO). He also holds an FAA Airframe and Powerplant License and an FCC General Radio License.
Martin joined AVITAS in February 2000. His extensive knowledge and experience of the aviation business is apparent from his previous position as Editor-in-Chief at ITA Press, a biweekly aviation newsletter. He is fluent in French and is an ISTAT Certified Appraiser.
Chris Joined AVITAS in 2004 bringing 16 years of IT experience from both small and international businesses.
